EVALUATING & NARROWING IT DOWN

Location: proximity to work, family, activities and other interests

Neighborhood: Are there worthwhile amenities and local activities? What are the traffic patterns, school performance data, and crime data?

Condition of the home: Are you willing to renovate or put money into the home? Are there projects that need immediate attention or can they be completed over time?

Layout: Will the flow of the home be functional for your daily tasks?

Does it 'feel' like home? Can you see yourself living there?

Other things to consider: Natural light, parking situation, architectural details, proximity to neighbors

Once you've found 'the one'...

Now you've made it to closing day!
