Exports is to sell it to others.

Import is to reacive the things that others have sold.

The oldest civil settlemant in Texas, San Antonio was also the lasrgest at the beggining in the Mexican period.

During the Mexican period, the population of San Antonio did not grow much.

Unlike small settlements, Texass towns were home to crafters and merchants.

Some ships were carried to the port of Gufl of Mexico.

$500,000 worth of exports in the 1830's, because traveling was an expensive thing.
