Dear Friends, I'm excited to return to The Beach House in 2017 for a Surf and Yoga weekend. Situated in the heart of Woolacombe, we will practice vinyasa yoga every morning, surf with great local instructors, then recover with a restorative yoga practice and meditation before bed.
Woolcombe Beach is an award winning beach! Voted Number 1 in the UK. Accommodation at the Beach House as a small luxury hostel, with an array of ‘pods’ in rooms to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people and meals are provided over weekend.
What to bring: Yoga mat! Yoga wear, clothing of all possible July weather conditions on the south coast of England ( a waterproof and a bikini?), a towel.
Your Tutors: Emily Young (E-RYT 500) shares a warm and inclusive vinyasa teaching style, she is a Yoga Alliance teacher trainer, and has delivered retreats, workshops and teacher training's across Asia, Europe and the USA.
