Inishbofin Yoga

Join us for the 5th Annual Inishbofin Yoga Event with Jaye Martin, Jack Harrison and Benita Wolfe (BJ) Galvan in Murray's Doonmore Hotel. It is the original Anusara gathering of love minded souls in Ireland.

There will be ten yoga master classes; 2 - 2 1/2 hours of deep yoga, story and poetry, music, meditation, and breath work to choose from, not to mention daily nature adventures on the island, and the Yoga of Wandering.

Jaye, Jack and Benita are three wonderful teachers who together seamlessly weave their talents in very special classes creating an unforgettable Celtic Anusara yoga experience on the edge of the wild west Irish Isle of Inishbofin. There will be loads of free time, play time, yoga, music, nature and exploration time on this beautiful 'Island of the White Cow.'

Jaye Martin, Benita Wolfe and Jack Harrison

They are three unique friends who have worked together for years forging a special bond between themselves, Christine, Inishbofin and Murray's Inishbofin Doonmore Hotel. They are all highly experienced Certified Anusara yoga teachers, with Jack and Benita also founding and teaching as The Celtic School of Yoga. Jaye and Jack are gifted musicians and regularly play during class and savasana, and a beautiful evening of kinship and music on Saturday evening. All three teachers will lead you into a practice you never thought possible, all held in the belonging, beauty and magic of the mythical island of Inishbofin.

East Inishbofin

Inishbofin is tiny island, a short ferry ride off the Wild West Atlantic Coast, the edge of Ireland, the edge of Europe. An absolute gem of pristine natural beauty, recently featured in Outsider Magazine, as a "treasure island of eco-tourism."
