1. Ralph Baer was born on March 8, 1922 in Rodalben, Germany

2. In 1938 he left Germany with his parents and sister.

3. In 1940 he graduated from the National Radio Institute as a radio service technician.

4. 1943 through 1946 Baer served in the army.

5. Baer died December 6, 2014 at 92 years old.


Ralph Baer invented the Brown Box. The Brown Box is the first home video game console ever made.
