Erika Parvi Violinist

Erika Louise Parvi is a violinist in the Minneapolis area. She studied with Joshua Misner for over 14 years. During this time she performed in the Minnesota All-State Orchestra, All-Conference Orchestra, Anoka High School Orchestra, the Augsburg College Orchestra, and the Northern Symphony. She has been an intern at the Upper Midwest Strings Camp and is working towards a music education degree.

Currently she is the Concert Master of the Augsburg Orchestra, member of the Northern Symphony, works with her freelance quartet, and performs as a soloist. She studies at Augsburg College under the profound Mary Horozaniecki. Her recent repertoire consists of Adagio by Kodaly, Hebrew Melody by Achron, Scherzo in C minor by Brahms, and the Violin Concerto in A Major by Mozart.

Upcoming events to see Erika perform in: Augsburg College Advent Vespers (featured below), Chamber Music Recital on December 7th at 4:30pm in Augsburg College's Hoversten Chapel, and Northern Symphony Orchestra on April 8th at 7:30pm at Anoka High School.
