At the Greater Louisville Classic Pre-Nationals Meet, sophomore Andrew Mah finished 10th overall out of 276 runners with a time of 24:44.65. As a team, the Engineers finished fourth out of 40 teams and defeated eight nationally-ranked squads.

At the Greater Louisville Classic Pre-Nationals race, junior Katie Collins led the Engineers to the team victory as she won the race by a 5.5-second margin in a time of 13:50.1. MIT won the meet with a total of 43 points and defeated 11 nationally-ranked teams in the process.

In MIT’s only game of the week, a 3-2 overtime victory at Smith on Saturday, junior Amanda Garofalo recorded a goal and an assist. She set up the tying goal with 2:29 remaining in regulation and then scored the game winner after 3:18 elapsed in overtime.
