New Facility Hours

Schedules & Accessing Facilities. Schedules will update on September 8th! Facilties are open for 1 hour increments, then closed 30 minutes for cleaning. Reservations are needed to workout and use the pool! Click here for more details on this process.

6 Ways to stay motivated during a pandemic:

1) Set small daily goals.

2) Schedule time for work - and for fun & relaxtion.

3) Attend/ virtual study sessions.

4) Plan virtual time with your friends.

5) Prioritize mental health - working out, meditating, eating healthy, or a good sleep schedule can help.

6) It is OKAY to be a little unproductive at times, no one has mastered life in a pandemic yet!
