The children have been recording themselves reading every day and uploading to Seesaw.

In English we have learnt some more of the story opening using Talk for Writing actions. It was great to see the children enjoying working with a partner.

The children wrote the story opening using a story map. We have displayed the lovely work on the window.

This week we have started a brand new handwriting programme called Magic Link Handwriting. The whole school will be following the programme. The children will have a 30 minute handwriting lesson every day. There will be homework sheets to do at home. The children are working towards the first certificate.
