A Dark World

The definition of being depressed is having a majority of things on your mind your constantly worried and paranoid about. Your mind thinking nothing at all will get better and there is no point of anything anymore. You’re body just giving up on everything, you tend to not try, work hard or put any effort into anything. You just feel like you are never going to be happy again and nothing is going to get better. Your positive goes away. School can be really stressful and hard for teens
Being depressed is like being in a dark room with nobody by your side and you feel this emptiness in your heart and all you want to do is go home and cry

Yes, I do struggle with anxiety and as a result from it I am always feeling fear or stress for no reason . Sometimes it can be ‘normal’ like over a quiz or something big and meaningful , and other times it can be overwhelming fear for the smallest things randomly.
