Ballroom
The ballroom features an open floor plan with expansive windows overlooking the Great Lawn. This versatile space can accommodate a wide variety of events. The AARC does not rent for life and personal events.

$155 per hour. Additional fees may apply.
When ballroom is rented at least 4 hours, a maximum of 2 additional hours will be provided free. 2 free hours will still be charged staff and utilities if applicable. Please see the fee schedule for more details.
Foyer
This versatile space can accommodate medium sized groups and is great for mixers or intimate receptions.
Cocktail tables are available and combined with the ballroom; the space is perfect for registration, a VIP area or exhibit space. The foyer can be rented separately Monday–Thursday and includes complimentary access to the tranquil Zen Garden.
