We will target Playgroups, Nurseries and possibly Schools in our local area. We want to offer the customer a professional portrait package at a competitive price.
We will face many challenges while we set up this business which we are.
- Creating a Logo and Business name
This will be an important part of our initial image as this will be the first point of contact with potential clients.
- Business cards, leaflets and other marketing material
Once our logo and business name has been decided other marketing materials can be produced which will help strengthen our marketing strategy by creating leaflets, business cards and advertisements could be created such as online pop ups.
Professional website relevant to our business will be invaluable and can be added to our marketing materials and adverts. This will be a showcase of our professional work which will strengthen our professional look.
Social Media Presences
Social media is a great tool for today business if able to be used correctly. Knowing which social media to use for our business and the best ways to use it will be key.
- Develop a marketing strategy
Knowing our potential clientele in depth along with researching our competitors will helps us to see potential gaps in the market. This information will also give us valuable information on how to market to them correctly.
Understanding accounting is a big undertaking, we could out source this or do a short business course ourselves to make sure we understand our business accounts. For now we just need to price up our product along with potential selling costs to ensure our business is feasible financially.
