Three Basic Economic Questions By: Omar Juarez P.6

WHAT to produce

We can not have everything we want, therefor we need to decide on what we need to focus on producing. Will it be housing, food, clothing?

HOW to Produce

Factory owners must decide on how they will produce the item. Will they use machinery or more workers? Using machinery will make the product less expensive while having more workers will provide more jobs for people.

FOR WHOM to Produce

Now we need to decide how we will distribute these products to due to the fact that not everyone can get one. Will we base it off geographic location, income, background?
