Announcing the Learning Centre's 'aligned areas' for 2017-18!
As last year, this is your opportunity to build a strong relationship with your Area Leader, be part of their communication plan, really get to know & support the #FirstYearConsultants and be an active presence in Leadership meetings, buzz nights and area events!
QUARTERLY:
- Reach out to run a session in a Team Leader/ATL meeting (consistent across all areas; expectation to attend meetings monthly as support person, whenever possible)
- Attend a buzz night & present awards
- Reach out to host a FYC 'breakfast' session (or a similar support session)
MONTHLY:
- Call your Area Leader twice monthly, communicate what is going well/tricky with the FYCs in their area, listen to what they need from you to support their business and help with their plan.
- Each FYC in your area receives a coaching call within their first 30 days
AS NEEDED OR REQUESTED:
- Shop support visits as requested by your AL or when you have time on your schedule to offer a visit(s) to shops in need.
