Study Skill

Reading Directions

How to incorporate the skill:

Read the directions even if you feel you know what is expected. Reread them throughout the assignment to make sure you are meeting what is being asked of you.

Joyfulness is being filled with happiness. It is having a sense of well being. Joy is inside of us all. It comes from an appreciation for the gifts each day brings.

Affirmation: "I am thankful for the joy I feel inside. I enjoy my work and my play. I appreciate the gifts this day brings for me."

Have a fabulous weekend

Joyfully and Always,

Vera Woods
