What is in The Constitution

There are two houses of congress the senate and House of Representatives.
Article one is mostly based on the Legislative Branch.
You must be at least 25 years of age to be the House of Representatives.
In order to be the president you must be a us citizen and you must be at least 35 years old to run.
The president is the captain and chief of all of the branches of the military.
The main focus of artical two is the executive branch.
The executive branches job is to enforce the laws.
The main focus of the third article is is the Judicial Branch.
The job of the Judicial Branch is to interpret laws.
Congress should not make any laws related to religious rights or freedom.
This is the right to bare arms. Basically just carry or have guns and other sorts of weapons.
You do not have to House any American soldiers during or after war.
You must have a warrant to search a house or building.
Prohibited double jeopardy and self-incrimination.
Protects the right to a fair and speedy public trial by jury.
A right to trial by jury in certain civil cases.
Prohibits excessive bails and fines.
Protects rights that are not in the constitution.
Makes sure that the principle of federalism is always being followed.
Makes states immune from suits from out-of-state citizens and foreigners not living within the state borders
Revises presidential election procedures.
Slavery is illegal unless punishment for a crime.
Defines citizen ship and defines the rights of citizen.
A right that everyone should be able to vote.
The congress can no lonager tax more or levy on more.
The popular vote wins in the election of the senate.
Prohibits the manufacture and selling of alcohol.
No matter what sex you are allowed to vote.
Determines when the president is in office and not in office.
What you are allowed to take on an Arline or even through the gates.
Limits the times a person can be elected president of the United States of America.
Grants the District of Columbia in the electoral college.
The Vice President normally does what the president is disabled about or does not have the time for.
You must be eighteen years of age to vote in the US.
Laws do not take place until the next election of the House of Representatives. They play a large roll in the U.S. and have been for years. The constitution has been around for so many years and will not go away for many more.The House of Representatives also plays a big part because they're part of our congress and makes or breaks the majority of our laws. Th senate it is the same way in the congress and helps to guide American citizens through life.
