The Immigration Process Chris Zirkle

I recently had a discussion with my wife about Trump's stance on immigration. I wanted to find out what the process is for someone to immigrate to America legally. It appears that it is a process that requires an application to be completed, fees to be paid, and participate in an interview. I have heard people call our president a racist because he wants to enforce our immigration polices. I want to learn more about these policies and the process one goes through to come to America.

Legal Immigration

Legal Immigration People can come to America for various reasons. There is a process that people need to go through to get here legally. It is not guaranteed that you will be allowed to get a visa or green card.

Green Card or Visa Required

Why Do People Illegally immigrate?

Maybe people can not afford to come to America, maybe they do not have a sponsor, maybe people do not know about the legal process or have access to the petition. Regardless, there is a process and it is not racist to require people to adhere to the process.
