Habitat for Humanity believes no one lives in dignity until we all live in dignity. Our work in your community is to bring stability and dignity to the lives of our fellow Nashvillians who want a hand up, not a hand out. Our low-income families work hard attending homeownership classes for almost a year and then join their sponsors on the build site to help build their homes. This creates dignity and empowers our future homeowners to support their own lives as they are willing to work hard for a better future for their children.
