Michael talked about the importance of preserving cash and gave many ideas of areas that should take priority. How have some of you responded in this area?
Michael discussed taking advantage of the Paycheck Protection Plan. Now that those funds are no longer available, does anyone have other examples of alternative sources of capital?

Culture

Discussion Questions Around Culture

Michael stressed the importance of regularly communicating your company’s purpose, mission and vision to remind people why you are in business? How has this played out in your business?
Michael also talked about how this is an excellent time to be expressing your faith. He mentioned setting up a benevolent fund, establishing a bible study or a regular time of prayer as examples. What examples do you have as new expressions of faith in your place of work?
