The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe book review

This is Aslan, who is a good character in Narnia.

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is an interesting story. It has good & bad characters, with good & bad events. The action in the story makes it extra-exciting. It is a fantasy story with magical, non-realistic events.

Magic!

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is about 4 characters named Peter, Susan, Edmund, & Lucy . They make their way into a magical land called Narnia. It all starts when Lucy opens a wardrobe and finds herself in Narnia. In Narnia, they make friends, but they also meet the White Witch, who has cast a spell on Narnia so that it is always Winter............... or is it?

It's a magical, snowy Winter in Narnia.

My favorite part of the book is when it starts changing from Winter to Summer. It is a happy part. The Witch's spell is breaking. It's getting warm, the snow is melting, flowers are blooming, you can hear running water, & the sun is shining. Also that's about when Father Christmas arrives.

Flowers are blooming!

I would recommend this book to people who like novels with a lot of imaginary stuff in it, but not to people who don't like long chapters and old words.
