Stuffed mushroom caps are a classic (especially during the holidays). The Sterno Culinary Team developed this version a few years ago. Feel free to play around with the ingredients. Prefer diced ham to bacon? Go ahead and substitute. Like more garlic? Add a couple of more cloves. We'll also be walking you through the best way to serve your 'shrooms once they come out of the oven. We're roasting them directly in the food pan that's included in the Sterno Buffet Kit we'll be chatting about in just a bit.

ingredients & procedure
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, garlic, bacon, gruyere cheese, and Herbs.
Spoon a rounded teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into each mushroom cap.
Place the stuffed mushroom caps (stuffing up) into a half size, aluminum food pan and place in oven for about 20 minutes.
While the Mushrooms roast let's chat about serving these little wonderments at the perfect temp...
