William Shakespeare was born in Stratford upon Avon. He was born the year 1564, then died year of 1616 in the same town. He was happily married to his wife Anne Hathaway. He went to school at Edward VI school.
William Shakespeare was and English poet, play wright, and actor, widely regarded as the greatest writer in English language and the worlds pre- eminent dramatist. He is often called England's national poet, and the " Bard or Avon". Shakespeare produced 37 plays. The three categories are comedies, histories ,Tragedies. William also created 154 sonnets along with other poems.
William Shakespeare was known for his play writing. He has contributed to shaping English language by widely regarded as the greatest writer in history of the English language. We still study and learn about him today because he is know for his early life.
Interesting facts is that he wrote 3 plays and 154 sonnets. Also he is the best know in English language.
