Adult Learning Theories and strategies

Here we are at week three! Last week we explored assessment and consequence. We find upside down consequences in many areas of work. Now that we know how to look for consequences and assess the needs of the people and organization as a whole we shift our attention to learning theories and strategies.

In the workplace we have multiple points of stress. As adult learners in the workplace we have even more areas where stress can become a factor of our employment and well being.

When we take the time to study adult learning and incorporate what we know into our development programs we can alleviate some of the stress associated with development at times and create a powerful learning experience that we would like to have.

You are creating a case for employee development. Take the pause, reflect, and gain insight from others and other programs that have worked.

Let’s start exploring and trying out what works for your situations!
