Give me a break beneficial breaks from concentrated learning

High school students need a 5-15 minute break to enhance their learning abilities.

Heavily concentrated material, or energy, fosters a lack of concentration.

Breaks are implemented in all other fields except for high school.

How much more stressed is a high schooler than an elementary or middle school student?

Time is given quality when it gives in quantity; when someone takes a break, he or she is doing their self a favor by improving the attention threshold and bettering their retainment of information.

Breaks reduce stress and improve concentration as well as happiness.
