A Quote from the Chaplains on Living the Christian Life
As Christians we are told to let our light shine, and if it does, we won't need to tell anybody it does. Lighthouses don't fire cannons to call attention to their shining - they just shine.

Chicks at Wahroonga
Year 2 were very excited to welcome some eggs, hatchlings and chicks to our classrooms from March 5-16. We loved having the incubator and chick cage in 2M's classroom. We are studying the life cycles of animals in our Science Unit this term. Year 2 watched several chicks hatch and enjoyed watching them eat, drink and cuddle together under the heat lamp. We held the chicks everyday and welcomed as many visitors into our classroom to share the joy of holding a soft little chick.

Senior School Day of Worship - Thursday 15th March
Last Thursday, the whole of Year 9 participated in the fantastic Day of Worship with 3 other Seventh Day Adventist Schools. When we got off the bus that drove us from school to Liverpool Catholic Club, we divided into 2 groups. One group were going ice skating at the Liverpool Catholic Club and the other group went and played mini golf. The ice skating was so much fun and it was great to mix with the other schools too. After we finished our activities, we got back on the bus and drove to Macarthur Adventist College. Once there, we watched groups from the other schools sing songs praising God, and also had the pleasure of singing along too. Our own school presented a prayer for the other schools too, with Jonathan, Zach, Zoe, Billy, Emily and Lachlan working together with Pastor Landry to form a sensory prayer. We were very lucky to have the experience and have such and enthusiastic audience! We also heard stories from Jonathan Leonardo, who shared his life experiences that shaped him as a person. After the worship, we had a delicious lunch which was kindly provided by Avondale College. On the bus ride back to school, we all exchanged laughs and stories about the day. It was great to be involved with the Senior School Day of Worship this year!
