ESS Friendship Festival Students from five PUSD schools gathered for a day of dancing, food, and games

On Friday, July 28, 2017, Design39Campus Extended Student Services (ESS) summer program hosted a "Friendship Festival," for students from the 4S Ranch and Del Sur area schools: Del Sur Elementary, Design39Campus, Monterey Ridge Elementary, Stone Ranch Elementary, and Willow Grove Elementary. The students were a sea of colorful shirts, as they ate, danced, played, and did crafts together for a rare chance to meet and mingle with kids from so many different schools. Each program made banners to represent their school.
The event kicked off with a group dance warm-up.
The DJ challenged the kids to pair up and dance, but they had to switch partners every time the music stopped!

The carnival games were a hit with the little ones.
