Position Summary:
Formerly known as TubeMogul Academy, we are seeking a full-time client training instructor to join our team and help train up our Tier 1 and Tier 2 platform clients. This Client Trainer will be responsible for working with the rest of the team to improve, evolve and customize bootcamps and on-site training initiatives to meet the ever-changing demands of the business and market. You will collaborate with the Sales and Shared Services team in account on-boarding, activation planning, and long term education and development of platform clients.
This role requires at least 1 year of experience at TubeMogul or AMO and a solid understanding of the TubeMogul or AMO platform from a planning, execution and optimization perspective. Additional experience in the industry a plus. The Client Trainer may be expected to travel at least 1-3 times per month to other regions in the US and internationally.
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial self starter mentality, is comfortable working start-up hours and working remotely and independently, doing a lot with a little, willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done, strongly results oriented, focused on attention to detail and quality and has a passion for figuring out creative and innovative ways to solve learning challenges.
Responsibilities:
● Lead T1-T2 client training on-sites and software extension programs
● Assist in regional bootcamp training execution as needed
● Work with the team to improve the Adobe Advertising Academy certification program structure and content for all trainings
● Make ongoing necessary changes to the program based on participant feedback, product changes and our evolving business needs
● Participate in weekly team meetings and provide program updates to relevant stakeholders
● Track training completions, attendees and tie back investment to account growth and progress
● Build out new training materials specific to on-site learnings needs and client customization
● Deliver training presentations as needed via various channels including in-person, online via Connect, e-learning
● Collaborate with SME to develop and update content as needed
● Stay up to date with trends and challenges in the industry
● Responsible for quality, execution and completion of on-site trainings
● Periodically prepare, present and review program changes, feedback and updates with the
Requirements:
● At least one year as an Account Manager, Ad Operations, Campaign Manager at Adobe Media Optimizer or TubeMogul
● Additional years of experience in the ad tech industry a plus
● Experience training, mentoring and coaching clients and new hires
● Entrepreneurial self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and change
● Strong project management and program management experience
● Comfortable working start up hours
● Willing to travel at least 40% - 50% of the time
● Experience working with online learning tools such as JoinMe, GotoWebinar, AdobeConnect
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Responsive, reliable, personable, organized, and able to handle tough questions on the spot
