- Emergency Relief Loan until 5/31: Up to $10,000 for 48 months with rates as low as 4.49% APR* with no payments for 90 days.
- No Payment for 90 days: Applies to the current auto loan offer, OR free and clear title auto loans
- Access Cash: Increased ATM cash withdrawal limit up to $1000 per day
- Skip-A-Pay: Skip up to 3 payments for FREE on signature loans, auto loans, and personal lines of credit.
- Certificate withdrawals: No penalty on early withdrawals up to $20,000
- Consolidate loans: Transfer credit card balances, OR consolidate student loans

Credit Union COVID-19 Response
As we are all members of this community, we are equally affected by this pandemic. Due to the constantly changing situation, here is what Interior FCU has done in response.
- We are currently offering 9 Member Assistance Programs. (we mention these in the previous article.)
- If you have mailed a payment in, please rest assured that we will make sure to effective date your payments to the postmarked date so you will not incur late fees. A word of advice, if you need to deposit checks or make loan payments, take advantage of our mobile app or online banking.

- In an effort to comply with the CDC recommendations for safety, the majority of our staff is teleworking. If you need to meet with a branch staff member, please make an appointment. Contact us via our website or call 800.914.8619.
Home Sweet Home
Your home is one of your most valuable assets. Let Interior FCU help you take advantage of the equity in your home with a NEW home equity loan. From now until May 31st, save up to $500 in closing costs with a loan of at least $15,000. This can apply to either a fixed rate home equity loan OR a home equity line of credit. Refinance Your Vehicle Loan and Save
Until April 30th, get $100 deposited into your Interior FCU checking or savings account if you refinance your external vehicle loan with us! The loan must be for at least $10,000 and approved by April 30th, not only applied for. Another great bonus, your first payment will be deferred 90 days. The Credit Union is also offering a deferred payment for 90 days if you own your car free and clear, apply for an auto loan, and submit the title.

Ditch Your Wallet for a Digital Wallet
Interior FCU is pleased to offer our members a suite of digital and wearable wallets. They include: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay and Samsung Pay. TurboTax Member Benefit
Did you know that as a credit union member you are eligible to use TurboTax at a discounted rate? Members can start their tax return directly through Online or Mobile Banking and won't have to create another username or password. If you have used TurboTax online in the past, then all your previous returns are saved. By using TurboTax, members also have access to experts to answer any tax related questions. What are you waiting for? Get started on your taxes today!
Remember! The tax deadline has now been extended to Wednesday, July 15th!
Get up to $1000 per day from an ATM
To assist our member we have increased the ATM withdrawal limit to $1000. You will initially be able to withdraw $600, but then you are able to make another ATM transaction and withdraw an additional $400. We did this in an effort to help members through the COVID-19 pandemic. Did you know that we have over 5,600 branches nationwide and 55,000 ATMs as part of the Shared Branch Network? As a member, you have access to all of these surcharge-free. There are many credit unions that participate in this Shared Branching Network, so you may find that the location closest to you does not say “Interior Federal Credit Union” on it, but you are still able to conduct business there as if it did. We want our members to feel like they always have access to their finances, so simply enter your zip code into the Branch/ATM locator on our Home Page or mobile app, and you’ll find the nearest location to withdraw or deposit cash at an ATM or drop in to a Credit Union branch to perform that transaction in person. Just tell them you are an Interior FCU member, and they can make the deposit/withdrawal to your account with us. It’s all part of the cooperative nature of credit unions.

Update Your Email Address
It’s so important that we can communicate with you. Especially for important account notifications (like COVID-19 updates), we need to know how to reach you fast. We can only do that if we have your correct email address. Please make sure your email is up-to-date. Log on to Online Banking/My Settings to update your email.
Due to COVID-19, we had to reschedule our Annual Meeting. That date is to be determined, but we wanted to make sure our members were aware that we would still hold the meeting in 2020.
