Go work out to keep your body healthy so your body can fight these diseases.

Eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. But limit yourself from foods with a lot of fat, salt, and sugar. Because to much can be unhealthy for your body. And can prevent you from getting diseases.

You want to get a least nine hours of sleep especially for teens. And get off of your phone or any hand held device 20-30 minutes before you go to bed for a better nights sleeps.

You need to stay away from drugs, tobacco, and don't drink to much alcohol. Because doing drugs and smoking can cause life threatening diseases that if aren't treated can possibly kill which isn't good.

You want to manage a healthy weight so your body is healthy. But you don't want to be under weight or over weight because it can be very unhealthy for you. And can prevent you form diseases.

Limit your stress, by like not over filling your schedule all the way manage your time wisely. Because can lead to drugs and alcohol and tobacco and other stuff. Which lead to life threatening diseases.
