War of the Roses Devin St.Clair

The house of York was the white rose and the House of Lancaster was red.

The War of the Roses was fought between the Houses over who would be king.

It lasted for 30 years

Edward IV was in the house of York and contested his cousin Henry VI.
Richard III probably killed the princes in the tower because he could have got the right to the throne.

Richard III was killed in Bosworth field and mutilated

He was found in a parking lot in 2012

Henry Tudor brought an end to the war of the roses.
