How are Aurora Borealis' Formed? They are created when charged particles enter the earth's magnetic field.
Why Are They Only Certain Colors? When the sun hits charged particles they emit light.
Can you See the Aroura from Space? Yes, You can see it from space when you are in a certain distance from earth.
Is the Auroura Harmful to us? The Aurura Borialis is not harmful to us but it does disrup and mess up satilites.
When and Where are the Best Places to See it? You can see it in generally cold places and January through April are the best times to see an Aroura.
Are There Southern Lights? There are southern lights, they are found in the arctic circle and are called aroura austrilis.
