Mid March events came to a complete standstill. Everything from professional sports to local trade shows were cancelled. First reactions were stunned panic for the industry. A virus that was thought to be on the other side of the world had hit home. A global pandemic was declared.

As we bid March farewell, and welcome spring, attitudes change. Rather than dwelling on the downturn of the events industry, we at Superior Show Service are focusing on how we can best help our communities in this time of crisis.
Being an event services company, we have warehouses of items that can be utilized to assist companies and communities with social and physical distancing, and shelter in place.
TENTS
With one of the largest event tent inventories in Alberta, Superior Show Service has options as small as 10x10, and as large as 90x210.
Tents provide an option for outdoor storage and drive-by pick-ups so customers do not have to enter your premises, maintaining social distancing. Temporary power will help with lighting and POS terminals.
Tents can also be used for shelter in place, and quarantine facilities.
MODULAR HARD WALLS
Typically seen as trade show floor exhibits and booths, modular systems can create temporary office or medical space to help create and maintain social & physical distances.
SIGNS & GRAPHICS
Custom graphics and signage display critical information. Keep residents or workers up to date with best practises and directions.
FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES
As tents, arenas, and convention centres transition into shelters for the homeless or the infected, having furniture that is easy to sanitize is critical. Stanchions separate line-ups and create distance. Event furniture like folding chairs, patio furniture, tables, and soft seating are all easy to keep clean.

As we face this pandemic together, we are bonding as communities, doing the best we can for one another in a time of need. Tragic as it may be, we can no longer deny the need to socially and physically distance ourselves to get through this, but if you need us, we are here to help.
