Search for Course by Location and Mark "Completed" for Multiple EmployeesKlöckner
You may need to sort a list of employees based on location in order to change the status of their participation in a course. The guide below will show you how to do just that:
From the home page, click on the 'Training' tab.
On the 'Training' tab, select the 'Registration' sub-tab.
Scroll down to find the 'Advanced Search' button, on the left side of the page in blue text.
Enter the name of the course and scroll down to find the 'Location' field. (Please do not use the 'Business Location' field, scroll a little further down to the 'Location' field.) Once you've selected the location, click 'Search'.
Now you will see a listing of the employees you have sorted based on course name and location. Select the empty box next to each name you need to change the status for. You can select multiple employees at once. Using the drop down menu, you can select the 'Change Status' option and click 'Apply'.
Now you can select the status you wish to change the course participation to, and click 'Save'.
