graduate exhibitions, portfolio shows, commencements... has your school cancelled, postponed, or moved these online?
Let's UPHOLD the student experience. hold a virtual GRADUATE showcase. it's free, and it's not difficult to manage. Let's jump right in!

Set Up: Six steps

1. Students sign up for free and create portfolios of their work on Behance.

Behance offers an easy creation interface.

Students can upload images, add narrative, and embed media.

2. The school creates a master Behance page (example: Be.net/collegeU).

3. Student or suitable admin creates a Moodboard of student’s work. Or department leaders could compile a moodboard of projects from their students.

A moodboard is simply a collection of projects.

4. Student or admin designates the school’s master account as a co-owner of the moodboard.

All owners of a moodboard can edit the content of it.

5. For increased discoverability and aggregation of projects, students tag each of their projects with agreed upon tag, e.g. “SchoolName_SP20”.

6. All moodboards appear in the school’s Behance moodboard page.

Set up is now complete.

Now, It's Show Time!

7. Direct virtual visitors to be.net/school.

Visitors can tour the various moodboards

8. Encourage visitors to “appreciate” their favorite projects.

9. After the event, search for your students' most appreciated projects in the past week.

10. Award prizes and recognition to the top vote-getters.
