Stop. Take Three Deep Breaths. Close your eyes and visually walk through your day in victory. See the delivery of all your actions going your way. See all of your tasks completed with greatness. See energy, excitement, happiness, and persistence. Everything is going your way.

Affirmation.

Today is the day I conqueror.

Now tackle your biggest task now and run your day with a celebration because you have already won the victory.
