  • Estimated program cost of COLFA spring 2022 Urbino program is $9,800 based on estimated number of participants and current exchange rate.
  • August 27, 2021: finalized list of participants reported to Dr. Drinka or Dr. Stephen. The list of participants is uploaded to ASAP to generate the initial invoice
  • September 15, 2021: Invoice for $2,750 is posted to ASAP and deposit slips sent to all students
  • October 1, 2021 by 4:00 p.m.: Initial non-refundable deposit payment of $1,000 is due. Use deposit slip to pay to correct account and send the receipt to the COLFA Dean's Office
  • November 1, 2021 4:00 p.m.: non-refundable balance of $1,750 due through ASAP. Receipt and signed financial agreement sent to COLFA Dean's Office
  • Entire program fee is paid to Italian partners on students' behalf using a bridge fund
  • Balance of program fee invoiced and paid in ASAP as three payments of $2,350 on January 15, February 15, and March 15 (or as a single payment of $7050 in January)
