Tesla's Autopilot Feature Kevin Gorta

Pictured are the dimensions of the various sensors and cameras can reach. All of this information is sent to the on board computer and processed making the car decide what to do.

Here is the forward facing camera. With a range of 250 meters, this can reach the furthest out of all the sensors and cameras. This is one of the car's sets of eyes.

This is a side camera on the Tesla. It has a range of 100 meters. It is the car's eyes for one of the blind spots. This camera has an identical one on the other side of the car as well.

This is inside the cabin of the Tesla. Pictured is the main computer screen showing routes. The pictures on the far right show what the cameras see and how it processes to decide what to do and whether anything poses as a threat to the car/ driver.
