Purpose of student site page:

Created to support students with course and degree/certificate completion, this hub of information serves as a “one stop” resource page that offers direct assistance. Students are able to look through the complete list of CCSF services/resources to discover the necessary support systems and programs they need in order to succeed with their academic and career goals. This page provides direct links needed in order to complete a degree or certificate petition, links to the student resources, recent events and workshops, and more.

By using this site page, students will feel equipped, heard, and ready to tackle on their academic endeavors.

Student Services/Resource Needs Form

1-on-1 Meeting Appointments

Set up a 1-on-1 meeting with the completion coordinator to: (1) learn about specific resources you need to be successful at CCSF and beyond, (2) talk about the steps toward completion (Associate's vs. Certificate vs. Transfer), or (3) to get connected with the Digital Literacy Project and get an orientation.

Step 1: Select a date you would like to meet. The available dates will be marked by a blue circle. Please note: meeting times will be posted on the first day of each new month. If you would like to schedule a month in advanced, directly email the completion coordinator.

Step 2: Once you have selected a day, you can then view the remaining time slots available for that day. Schedules can get booked quickly. If you see a date and time that is no longer there, a student has already booked that time.

Step 3: After you select the time and date of the appointment, you will need to fill out a short form asking for your name, an email you use, and the meeting type. You can decide whether you would like to talk about "Student Resources/Grad Tools" or "Digital Literacy Project (DLP)". If you are interested in doing both, please book two separate appointments.

*Once you have filled in the form and hit submit, you will receive an email confirmation. Please wait 1-2 days for another email confirmation from the Completion Coordinator. This email will have the meeting details and location of the meeting.

**Meeting appointments are about 1 hour. If you would like to book an appointment for longer than an hour, you can schedule two consecutive back-to-back meetings.
