With a Master of Science degree, in Education Media Design and Technology (Instructional Design); 20 plus years as a professional graphic designer in various industries; and 9 years of teaching graphic design, leadership, and managing a design program in Higher Education, I consider myself to be an experienced creative professional. In addition to my education and professional experience, I have successfully completed the Adobe Train the Trainer certification course which focuses on training Educators to use the Adobe Creative Cloud Software to teach and develop professional development courses. Furthermore, I have earned the title of an Adobe Education Trainer, as well as earned the rights to be an Adobe Campus Leader.
My professional strengths include the design, development, implementation, and delivery of program curricula, instructional and training material and programs for faculty and students. In addition I also provide the creative direction, design, and leadership with print, interactive, motion design, and video editing. Consequently, I am proficient using the Adobe Creative Cloud and eLearning Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Apple hardware and software, various eLearning authorization tools, LMS operation and administration, and a variety of educational technology.

Adobe Education Train the Trainer is a free online course designed to equip all educators with the knowledge and skills to successfully design and deliver professional development.
For the course I worked with Adobe Trainers and a collaborative community of educators, to explore the importance of creativity in education and apply best practices in adult learning theory and professional development design. As a result of thating the course, I created content to demonstrated that I fully understan and am able to design and develop effectivet training and development content.

A Lesson On Color Theory
The following lesson is a Color Theory Worksheet. This worksheet is apart of the Color Theory Module design to develop the students skill and knowledge for mixing and recognizing colors. This worksheet was designed to walk students through the process of creating color mixtures using acrylic paints, however, it can also be completed digitally. During this hand's on lab, students were instructed to mix the paints to create colors and paint the color wheel following the directions on the worksheet. Once students have successfully completed the worksheet, they were assigned a final project requiring them to create an original color wheel incorporating the skills practiced during the lab.
