Mike Peters, the CEO of Spark spent 7 years working for in the marketing industry for Grey Worldwide before he decided to start his own business. He previously worked with some of the biggest brands in the world including Proctor & Gamble, Dove Chocolate, and Chapstick. In 2005, Mike was out to visit his friend, Tony Miller. What began has a casual conversation ended with the beginning of partnership discussions. The company now approximately earns an annual revenue of $6-7 million.

Spark was asked to rebrand the Texas Children's Hospital, the largest children's hospital in the world. They spent months immersing themselves into the hospital and interviewing everyone from the surgeons, to the nurses, to the cleaning staff. From the information Spark gathered, they came up with an overarching theme of "infinite passion".
Infinite Passion is a reinforced message through all of their events, awards, and daily interactions. It guides the employees daily attitude and interactions with each other as well as their patients creating an environment for success.
BayCare Health System came to Spark to help build their Breast Cancer Awareness campaign. BayCare wanted their message to stand out and Spark then came up with the idea of "in our hands".
This campaigns sparked people to share pictures with pink paint on their hands and the #inourhands to spread the word about early detection. Their hopes were that this campaign might save a life or two through awareness.
