10 Days of Activism - Social Media Toolkit Against Gender-Based Violence for Safer, Stronger Democracies

All these resources are available in the following languages:

From June 22, 2020 to July 1, 2020 join the International Republican Institute’s Women’s Democracy Network (WDN) for 10 days of activism shining light on the silent pandemic affecting millions of women around the world, gender-based violence.

As one of the world’s leading human rights violations, an estimated one in three women will experience physical or sexual assault in her lifetime. Whether at home or in the workplace, gender-based violence is a threat to democracy, preventing women from reaching social, economic, and political potential.

It is time to #HearHerNow.

This week, WDN will be sharing advocacy resources and ways to get involved to help end gender-based violence.

Join the campaign to #HearHerNow with our social media toolkit. Below are graphics to download for both Twitter and Facebook along with social media language so you can use your platform to advocate for the end of gender-based violence.
