Sports Coach: Anaerobic and Aerobic Respiration

Aerobic's balanced chemical formula is glucose + Oxygen Carbon dioxide + Water + Energy or C6H12O6 + 6O2 6CO2 + 6H2O + 2900 kJ/mol. This is a combustion formula.

in Anaerobic it is a little bit different what i mean by that is that in animals the formula is C6H12O6 2C3H6O3 + 120 kJ/mol or in words Glucose Lactic acid + Energy this also includes humans. In plants the word equation is Glucose Ethanol + Carbon dioxide + Energy the formula is C6H12O6 2C2H5OH + 2CO2 + Energy. This is a combustion method of formula

This is a picture of 2 people running this would be an example of anaerobic respiration. Basketball would be aerobic.

Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is a nucleotide, also called a nucleoside triphosphate, is a small molecule used in cells as a coenzyme. It is often referred to as the "molecular unit of currency" of intracellular energy transfer. ATP transports chemical energy within cells for metabolism.

Sports that use more aerobic respiration is running, yoga, cycling, e.t.c

Sports that use more anaerobic respiration are sports such as Basketball, Football and Sprinting.

When a selected athlete chooses the sports that they would like to pursue it is very easy to learn the scientific background to weather it is a anaerobic or aerobic sport. Once the trainer has figured that out they can understand how the formula work and how you can train the formula into the athlete until the formula has successfully happend.

For this set of Respiration's it has more do with a sports trainer than a coach. This is important to a coach in my sport of basketball because the coach must understand when his players are in need of rest to maintain their energy to play in the rest of the game.

Some interesting facts about my Respiration's is that every sport has to do with one of the two and that these two respiration's are very similar.
