In their first year at school, many students can overeat especially given the many options in the dining hall.
With diet and nutrition classes, students can be taught how to eat properly and how to manage their weight.

Stress is prevalent among college students and can cause many health issues in them both physical and mental. Exercise can help them alleviate their stress while keeping them healthy.

With exercise, students can rest easier and have more energy to face another day in college.

The result: healthy, active, and studious students
