Physical Fitness is the ability to carry out tasks without undue fatigue ..

Muscular strength is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to exert force against resistance .

b. Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time.

c. Cardiorespiratory endurance is a measurement of how well your heart, lungs and muscles work together to keep your body active over an extended period of time.

d. Flexibility is the quality of bending easily without breaking.

  • Ability is possession of the means or skill to do something.
  • Balance is an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady.
  • Coordination is an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady.
  • Speed is the rate at which someone or something is able to move or operate.
