Healthy relationships are very important. without them life would be lonely and dull. Here are some easy steps to help maintain healthy relationships with your family and friends.
Step one: Manage conflict... In every relationship there will be conflict that will have to be resolved. You can do this by hearing both sides of the argument and then compromising.
Step 2: Respect differences... Everyone has their differences and people have different views on things. If you want a healthy relationship you need to respect views that are different than yours.
Step 3: spend time together...This one is a no brainier. The whole point of relationships is to support each other when times are hard and to spend time together.
