FAQs

Can I come earlier or stay later?

Absolutely! Please include your requested dates on the reservation form and we will confirm availability.

How much will this cost?

• The rates listed above are PER PERSON and include:
• Hotel accommodations
• All-inclusive meal plan, also includes all beverages including alcohol
• Roundtrip private transportation between the Cancun Airport (CUN) and Live Aqua
• Taxes and gratuities
• All group events & activities

The rates listed above do NOT include flights or travel insurance.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity on their passport after their return trip date.

Do I need a COVID test?

This is always subject to change, but as of April 6, 2021 here are the rules:

You do NOT need a COVID test to go TO Mexico.

You will need a negative COVID test to return to the USA. These tests are complimentary and are being administered at the resort. Being vaccinated does not exempt you from taking the COVID test. Please visit the CDC website for more info.

How do I reserve my room and make payments?

Please fill out the reservation form linked above. Your travel advisor will receive your request and put your room on hold. Then you will receive a copy of your reservation invoice information for review, approval and deposit. If you are sharing a room with a friend you can each submit your own deposit. You can also make additional payments at any time up until the final payment due date of July 30, 2021.

What if I book and need to cancel?

• Since all-inclusive resorts are prepaid and nonrefundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment
• Life is unpredictable; plans can change
• The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residence and the total cost of your trip
• Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest
• Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change
• Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will likely not work outside the US.

GROUP TRAVEL SERVICES

This travel program has been negotiated and coordinated with separate vendors as a GROUP, and additional suppliers and vendors who are part of this program in its entirety. A ‘group’ consists of a minimum of 10 rooms at the resort. Specific TERMS & CONDITIONS, including applicable cancellation/change policies will be presented in each passenger’s detailed travel confirmation/contract. Deposits/payments on account, once received, are non-refundable/non-transferable. Balance payment due date: Friday, July 30, 2021 – 5 pm (CDT).

Travel Concepts Inc, Sun Spirit Travel, KP Travel Group, Bridie Travel, Blue Sea Vacations, Discovereighing with Dana, Where to Go Travel Co, Travel With Wendy B, Travel Concepts by Kayla, and La Tortuga Travel act only as agent for all suppliers, and their responsibility is limited. A room block contract has provided rooms which encompass the dates: October 14-21, 2021. Guests are accommodated for any number of nights during this time frame (a minimum 3-night stay is required) ~ and a time frame prior or after these dates, based on availability at the resort, and the confirmation of applicable rates. Specific number of rooms per room category have been contracted and confirmed for this group. Should the maximum capacity in a room category become sold, Travel Concepts, Inc. and affiliated travel companies will request additional rooms at the same rate; however, additional rooms will be based on actual availability at the time of a revised contract.

6. SUBMIT: This information will create your profile and provide all the details required to confirm YOUR reservation. We will be automatically notified when your reservation is submitted; a reply will be provided to acknowledge receipt.

· CONFIRMATION/VACATION CONTRACT/INVOICE:

Provided to each traveler; once submitted, please expect to receive your emailed document within 7 business days after receipt.

· PAYMENTS:

Due at time of reservation; all payments are non-refundable/non-transferable.

· CHANGES:

Made after the original confirmation are subject to a $50 per change fee.

· OTHER PAYMENTS:

You are welcome to make additional payments after the initial deposit and before the balance payment – this can be accomplished online!

· BALANCE:

Due by Friday, July 30, 2021

· PASSPORTS:

Required for travel to MEXICO; legal/complete names on your passport must match your airline transaction. Required to include 6 months post travel validity (travel in October, valid at least through April).

· TRAVEL INSURANCE:

If you include this option, we will process your insurance policy and email to you. Important to travel with your insurance policy information.

· OPTIONAL TOURS/EXCURSIONS:

If you include any options, you will receive a final confirmation in your travel documents.

· FINAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

All final travel documents will be mailed to all travelers approximately 3 weeks prior to travel.
