Point of emphasis

The elements I see in this piece are color which causes the text and the explosion to be the point of emphasis , shape in the form of an explosion a plane and a person falling out , line and texture caused by the separated lines. This piece makes me feel as if I am part of the fight. It connotes a sense of excitement.

"Desert Sunset" Colored Pencil

I used the sun on the horizon in the upper left hand corner as my point of emphasis. The sunset is also my vanishing point and so all the perspective lines point back to it. The three elements of art I used are color because I used many vibrant colors to separate the different figures, form because it's in perspective and looks as if it is 3D, and value because I used different shades of colors to connote different affects of the light.
