What is digital citizenship? ABby Sayre

Digital citizenship can be defined as someone who uses an online social media. They use online to communicate electronically.

The rights and responsibilities of a digital citizen includes protecting your privacy, using appropriate language, being safe and being kind to others.

I do consider myself a responsible digital citizen for three reasons. One, my mom has made it a huge deal that digital citizenship is important, for pretty much half my life. At first, I kind of brushed it off but now I understand how it really is very important to have. Second, I have been using social media and other online tools for about 3 years now so I know a lot about. I have learned that it's very important have a good online reputation because if you don't people will totally judge you. Third, I see what people with bad digital citizenship post online and I never want to do something like that.
