A question that really hurts. Alziemers attacks the hippocampus of the brain along with the intelligence,judgment (frontal lobe), memory (temporal lobe) and the language part of the brain (parietal lobe). It slowly destroys brain cells. The plaque and tangle take over.

The brain is the control centre off the body. Alziemers is a disease that takes time to kill you it takes around 10 years. It's a form of dementia and It's the sixth leading cause of death in America.

It's almost like a corrosive material eating out your brain, as you can see in the picture above. It is caused when the cells in the brain start to die.

Their is no cure to this devastating disease but their medications to make the symptoms better. The signs are mostly memory loss. Occasionally Parkinson's.
