Think before you Drink by: Kristin macdowall

Often students get involved in drinking their first year of college without knowing the true effects of alcohol.

Often students will drive under the influence and get into a car accident where other innocent people get hurt. Car wrecks caused by a student driving under the influence are not on the students mind when consuming alcohol.

Many students drink to avoid difficult things they are already going through and end up even more emotionally broken. This an effect of alcohol many students do not think about.

Students will be made aware of the consequences of alcohol beginning by learning about it in the classroom through the required University 101 class.
